Preferred authentication methods to confirm Internet purchases in France 2018
This statistic shows the preferred means of authentication to validate a purchase on the Internet among French people in a survey conducted in 2018. Fingerprint recognition was the most popular authentication method mentioned by about 70 percent of the respondents. On the other hand, 15 percent of respondents preferred to use facial recognition to authenticate their purchases over the Internet.
