Mobile connectivity index Russia 2021

The GSM Association assessed the mobile connectivity index of Russia at 74.9 out of 100 as of January 2021. The category with the highest rank was consumer readiness, earning 88.48 points. The infrastructure in mobile connectivity, which included network coverage and performance among other criteria, was the weakest sector with a score of 63.3.
