China: reasons for consuming plant-based food alternatives by gender 2021

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in November 2021, around 46 percent of female respondents in China who have consumed plant-based alternatives said they chose to do so because plant-based products were healthier. Meanwhile, 48 percent of male respondents confirmed this reason.
