Opinion on same-sex marriage in Italy 2019, by gender
In 2019, the group of female respondents in favor of same-sex marriage was largest than those of male respondents. More specifically, the share of women supporting gay marriage accounted for 69 percent of interviewees, while men answering positively made up 57 percent of the sample.
