Number of new and used EVs in Russia 2013-2023
At the beginning of the period under consideration, new electric vehicles outnumbered used cars of such type in Russia. However, since 2015, the number of used EVs started to grow steadily exceeding the new counterparts significantly. As of January 2023, 359 new and 567 used electric vehicles were recorded across the country.
