Type of financing the purchase or construction of a house or flat in Poland 2018-2019
Every fifth respondent in Poland in the third quarter of 2019 considered building or purchasing a house or flat within the next 12 months. The percentage of households planning to finance at least part of their purchase of a flat or house with credit has decreased. In the third quarter of 2019, about 72 percent of respondents considering buying a flat or a house thought about taking out a loan. The result is higher than in the previous year but nine percent lower than in the same period a month earlier.
