Sales volume of Hyundai Kona Electric South Korea 2018-2022
More 2.2 thousand hybrid electric variants of the Hyundai Kona compact SUV were sold in South Korea in 2022. While the sales for the hybrid electric variants increased, the pure electric variants saw a decline compared to the previous year. The pure electric variant's sales began in May 2018, with exports launching three months before that. The hybrid variant was first sold in August 2019. The Kona is also available with gasoline or diesel engines.
