In 2021, the maximum average temperature in Florida stood at 82.2 degrees Fahrenheit. The 'sunshine' state is hardly touched by low temperatures and even sees temperatures rise above 100 degrees statewide in the summer. For many of these hot states, maximum temperatures were above normal in 2021.
