The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in Switzerland and the restrictions imposed by the government on daily movement in public spaces to help contain the disease have led the population to reconsider transport use. According to a survey conducted in June 2020, during the coronavirus crisis, 18 percent of respondents used a tram or bus.
