Interest in virtual yoga lessons in the U.S. as of April 2020
The practice of yoga and meditation has been around for many centuries, but the wonders of modern technology mean that it can now be carried out from the comfort of our own homes. During an April 2020 survey, 12 percent of respondents stated that they would be very interested in learning yoga or meditation through a video call or virtual class.
