Between January and October 2022, workout and fitness apps were the most downloaded health and fitness app subcategories in the United States, with a market share of 23.6 percent. Weight loss apps followed, with approximately 14 percent of market share in the category. Women's health reported a download share of around four percent in the examined period among U.S. users.
