
Food franchises planning to improve delivery service options in Brazil 2018-2019
The percentage of food franchise brands in Brazil that planned to invest in delivery services in the following years went up from 66 in 2018 to 78 in 2019. According to the same survey, 68 percent of food franchises in the South American country wanted to make online ordering available for their costumers in 2019. The previous year, this number was at 53 percent.
