Poland: health index 2022

Only four percent of Poles take very good care of their health (these people achieved 76-100 percent). Almost 40 percent of the respondents did not reach half of the Health Index value. The largest group are Poles, who take care of their health at an average level (Health Index 51-75 percent) in 2021. Whereas in 2022, only five percent of Poles took good care of their health(range from 76-100 percent)
