Health index in Poland 2023
Only 18 percent of Poles take very good care of their health (these people achieved 76-100 percent). 15 percent of the respondents did not reach half of the Health Index value. The largest group are Poles, who take care of their health at an average level (Health Index 51-75 percent) in 2023.
