Personnel composition in childcare facilities in Poland 2021
In 2021, 31.8 thousand people were working in childcare facilities in Poland. The majority of people employed in the institutions were childcarers (over 72 percent). Teachers constituted over 10 percent of the total number of employees. According to the source, nurseries, children's clubs, and nursery wards were supported by volunteers. During the year, 485 volunteers helped in these facilities, increasing nearly 14 percent compared to the previous year.
