Digital infrastructure of Russian universities as of March 2020
As of March 2020, 13 percent of Russian higher education institutions did not have digital infrastructure enabling distance education, such as high-speed internet or data storage systems. Less than one half of universities purchased licenses for collaborative software, such as ZOOM.
