Arranging insurance online Germany 2020

In 2020, 46 percent of respondents to a survey conducted in Germany stated they had already arranged their insurance through the internet at least once before. This was an increase compared to the previous survey in 2016, when 39 percent of respondents had done so. The survey was conducted among respondents aged 18 and older.
