Estimation of the proportion of wardrobe acquired second-hand in the UK 2019
A 2019 survey auditing the estimated proportion of a UK consumer's wardrobe that was acquired either second-hand or vintage, reveals that 42 percent have stated over half of their wardrobe is made up of second-hand items. Whereas six percent of consumers stated less than 10 percent of their wardrobe was originally acquired second-hand.
