Chile: main national touristic destinations 2019
With its famous mountains (part of the Cordillera del Paine), the Torres del Paine National Park is one of the most important natural protected areas in Chile. According to a survey carried out in the country between August and September 2019, this National Park was considered by 24 percent of respondents the most attractive national touristic destination. The Southern Lakes and the Chiloé Islands were also popular choices among respondents that year, each chosen by 12 percent.
