Russian e-buyers on importance of user reviews 2020, by product category

The survey results showed that for Russian e-shoppers who take other users' reviews into account, the feedback of fellow buyers was especially important while shopping for electronics and household appliances. Over 70 percent of the respondents also revealed having read reviews before buying apparel or kids' goods online in 2020.
