As of the beginning of November 2019, 77 percent of experts from industries covered by the ETS in China stated that their non-pilot companies already established monitoring and reporting emissions part, while four percent of them thought their non-pilot companies were not prepared at all. Around 52 percent of the respondents stated that their companies already established allocation of data collection.
