Contrary to expectations, 44 percent of the customers were willing to write a review on rather good products and 38 percent of the audience leave reviews if the products quality did not satisfy their expectations. For over a quarter of shoppers, bonuses for future purchases or monetary incentives were key factors for writing a product review.
