Quarterly vacancy rate of logistic property in Greater Tokyo in Japan 2016-2021
In the fourth quarter of 2021, the vacancy rate of large multi-tenant logistic facilities in the Greater Tokyo Area in Japan reached 2.3 percent. The share of vacant LMT logistic property had been on a downward trend amid increased demand for large-scale logistic facilities. In 2021, rising vacancy rates coincided with increased supply of new logistic facilities.
