Due to the 2020 COVID-19 global pandemic, 62 percent of respondents suggest that supporting remote working environments is a main focus for businesses within the tech industry right now. Other new products and services that are of importance during 2020 include digital events such as webinars or online conferences, as in-person events are no longer a popular option for companies.
