
Impact of COVID-19 on festive season socializing India 2020
In a survey conducted to analyze the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in India, more than half of the respondents expressed their intention of not socializing during the festive season in the country. This was between the months of October and November when the Hindu festivals of Dusshera and Deepavali are celebrated. In contrast, around 36 percent of the participants planned to meet close family and friends for festivities.
