In a survey conducted to analyze the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) in India, more than half of the respondents found it reasonable to socialize while taking necessary precautions. This was between October and November when the Hindu festivals of Dussehra and Deepavali are celebrated. Other reasons included isolation and social pressure.
