Disadvantages of work from home due to COVID-19 pandemic India 2020
According to a survey conducted on work from home in India, majority of the employees working in IT/ITeS sector stated that they missed their office environment due to COVID-19 pandemic as of August 2020. Despite the convenience of working from home, about 43 percent of the employees felt that the lack of office driven social life was a major disadvantage of working from home.
