As of December 31, 2022, Unibail Rodamco Westfield's largest shopping center in the United States was Garden State Plaza in New Jersey, with 194.1 thousand square meters of Gross Leasable Area (GLA). The Valley Fair in California followed, with a GLA of 182.1 thousand square meters.

Who is Unibail-Rodamco-Wesfield?

Unibail and Rodamco is a European commercial real estate company that owns and operates several shopping centers throughout the continent. In 2018, the company acquired Westfield Corporation, an Australian shopping center developer with a number of shopping precincts around the globe, including the popular Westfield London and Stratford City in the United Kingdom (UK). Since the acquisition in 2018, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, the new company name, has consolidated itself as one of the world’s premier developer and operator of shopping centers.
