From the number of producers to the surface area dedicated to tobacco cultivation, the decline in the number of smokers impacts many aspects of the tobacco industry. Naturally, the production volume of tobacco is no exception to this phenomenon. While in 2016 it amounted to more than 7,500 tons, by 2021 it had decreased to around 3,500 tons.
