According to the source:
Big cities are Tunis, Ariana, Manouba, Ben Arous, Sousse, Monastir, and Sfax.
Small and medium towns include all the urban areas, except for the big cities.
Data for rural areas are "approximated by the areas outside municipalities and towns before 2017".

Data are calculations based on the National Survey on Budget, Consumption and Living Standards of Households (ENBCNV 2015).
