According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, about 21.1 percent of respondents said that financing their child's private education was a large burden, while at the same time they felt that private education was highly effective. About 12.7 percent of respondents considered private education to be slightly burdensome, but at the same time somewhat effective.
