Japan: leading collaboration tool types used at companies 2020

According to a survey conducted in Japan from April to May 2020, groupware was the leading type of collaboration tool based on usage rate at businesses and organizations, being mentioned by 73 percent of all respondents. Web conference systems followed in popularity with a respondent share of 63 percent.

Remote access: A service that makes it possible to access and control a computer within the company from a distant place, such as from outside of the company, via a network.
