Remote learning was first introduced in March 2020 as a result of Polish school closures. Since then, Polish students have observed various symptoms of lack of digital hygiene. The leading signs were using screen devices just before falling asleep (66.5 percent) and constant readiness to receive calls and other notifications (63.2 percent).
