Distribution of youth employees South Korea 2011-2021, by employment type
In 2021, around 58 percent of wage workers aged 15 to 29 in South Korea were regular workers, while about 42 percent were non-regular workers. The percentage of regular workers at young ages has declined in recent years, while more and more young people are working as non-regular workers.
