Adults' agreement with select strategies against the opioid issue Canada 2020

In 2020, nearly 9 in 10 adults were in favor of compulsory treatment programs for people with opioid addiction rather than face jail time. In comparison, just under half of adults were in favor of getting tougher on people who use drugs by fines or jail sentences. Question: "A number of policies have been proposed as efforts to combat the abuse of opioids. For each of the following, please indicate whether you are in favor or against the approach."
Options:
"Get tougher on people who use drugs – focus on a policy where people found with illegal opioids are prosecuted and either fined or serve jail sentences
Supervised-injection sites – places where people can go and take illegal drugs in a clean and safe environment under medical supervision
Compulsory treatment programs – require anyone who has had an overdose or is found to be abusing opioids to enter a treatment program, rather than face jail time or other punishment
Decriminalize all illegal drugs – decriminalize the possession and use of these drugs to encourage users to be open about their behavior and seek help. Producing and selling illegal drugs, however, would still be a criminal offence."
