Projected hydrogen refueling stations in Europe by country 2025-2030
Germany is projected to be the leading European country when it comes to the provision of hydrogen refueling stations for commercial vehicles, reaching some 85 stations by 2025 and about 300 stations by 2030. Germany is expected to dwarf all other European countries, its 2030 projected value being double that of the United Kingdom, which comes second in the ranking. In 2021, Germany's national hydrogen strategy pledged some seven billion euros in public funding to ramp up the hydrogen technology in the country.
