Quality of care dispensed in HC-One care homes in the UK 2021
According to the Care Quality Commission regulator, HC-One provided care of good quality in most of its care homes. In 2021, three out of four care homes operated by HC-One fell into the good quality category. During that year, however, 21 percent of care homes were deemed to require improvement.
