Agribusinesses using digital services for sales in Ghana 2021, by sector
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, agribusinesses in Ghana across the agriculture, industry, and service sectors largely used mobile money to undertake their business transactions. The shares reached 34.5 percent, 37 percent, and 35.5 percent, respectively. Furthermore, internet and courier services provided business transaction solutions to the firms during the pandemic. For instance, an average of 5.93 percent of the firms adopted the former, while 6.27 percent of them used the latter.
