Companies' attitude towards technology's strategic importance 2020

Just ten percent of the surveyed business executives see technology as a source of saving. According to the source, this figure was 48 percent in July 2017. In their latest survey in 2020, however, the results demonstrate a shift in mindset, where more executives view technology investments as a competitive advantage or even want to refocus the entire business around digital technologies.
