Key hotel guest comfort factors in the U.S. 2020
In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, hotel guest in the United States were surveyed on their leading comfort factors as of August 2020. The majority of respondents, 87 percent, stated that requiring hotel masks for hotel employees was a key comfort factor. Meanwhile, 77 percent of respondents, respectively, stated that floor markings for social distancing and the temporary closing of amenities were key comfort factors.
