As a result of restrictions and concerns due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic travel behavior changed in North America in 2020. According to a survey conducted in April 2020, North American respondents ranked camping as the safest type of trip. Comparatively, international air travel was ranked as the least safe type of travel.
