The popularity of the company boomed during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as the closure of many gyms forced fitness fans to keep active in the comfort of their own homes. In the 2021 fiscal year, approximately 38 percent of all Peloton bike users in the United States had a household income between 50 thousand and 100 thousand U.S. dollars.
