Health app usage among U.S. mobile gamers 2021, by category
According to a survey of mobile gamers in the United States, in the second quarter of 2021, approximately four in 10 mobile gaming app users tracked their physical activity using mobile apps like Fitbit or Google Fit. Calories tracking was also common among U.S. mobile gamers during the measured period, with 26 percent of respondents reporting to use apps like MyFitnessPal or Weight Watchers to do so. Additionally, 17 percent of female mobile gamers reported using female health apps like Clue or Flo.
