In 2021, the total addressable market share of the software segment of the confidential computing industry worldwide was estimated at 72 percent, while the hardware segment of confidential computing accounted for 23 percent of the market share. By 2026, it is forecast that software in confidential computing will make up 64 percent of the market share, compared to the hardware segment with 30 percent.
