As of January 2023, Tha Maka in Kanchanaburi province in Thailand ranked first as the most polluted city in the country, with an air quality index of 152 points. In comparison, Ongkharak in Nakhon Nayok province was the cleanest city in terms of air quality in the country.

0-50 refers to good air condition

51-100 refers to fair air condition

101-150 refers to unhealthy air condition for sensitive groups

151-200 refers to unhealthy air condition

201-300 refers to very unhealthy air condition

301-500 refers to hazardous air condition
