Leading sources of information when deciding upon a coffee shop in Japan 2021
In a survey conducted from April to May 2021 in Japan, the leading source of information when deciding upon a coffee shop was the look of the store and the impression of the inside as seen from outside with 28.1 percent of respondents. Other than analog information gathering, common answers in this survey included suggestions from family and friends, as well as shop searching websites on the internet.
