European consumers buying more used goods online 2021

A set of surveys conducted in June 2020 and February 2021 revealed that most consumers in Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom did not buy more second-hand items online in the past six months compared to the previous six months. Among consumers in the UK, 39 percent reported buying more used products online, the highest share among the countries surveyed.
