Votes for the far right in the presidential elections in France 2022, by region
Since the 2007 presidential elections, the share of votes earned by the far-right parties has been steadily increasing in France, and have never been as high as in the April 2022 elections. The overseas departments and territories, which largely voted for Jean-Luc Mélenchon in the first round of the presidential elections, nevertheless voted massively for the extreme right in the second round.
