In 2021, 77 percent of the executive or senior level officials and managers at the Bank of America in the United States identified as white. The share of white employees among the sale workers was similarly high at 73.4 percent. Among the first and mid-level officials and managers, approximately 60 percent of the employees were white. The share of white employees was lowest in the administrative support segment and among technicians, at 38 percent and 32 percent, respectively.
