SCA Group's production capacity for containerboard increased by eight percent between 2010 and 2021 to 865,000 metric tons. The growth of e-commerce will see SCA's containerboard capacity increase further in the coming years to more than 1.1 million metric tons by 2025.
In 2020, SCA's publication paper business had a production capacity of 775,000 metric tons, but in the first quarter of 2021 the company ceased its publication paper operations.
