* SAIDI stands for "System Average Interruption Duration Index". SAIDI calculations only include unplanned disruptions which can be traced back to the influence of third parties, repercussions from other networks or other disruptions for the network provider.
** In 2014, a high-pressure pipeline was closed down due to an accident during construction works. Industry customers affected were supplied after the reallocation of the feed-in. Standard customers were not affected by the incident. Therefore the SAIDI numbers relating to the aforementioned are adjusted accordingly.
